Be careful: If you keep upping the dose, it becomes less effective and you are more likely to get addicted. You are also more likely to have the severe side effects. You might be better off using a low dose, and supplementing with other lifestyle changes, like avoiding caffeine, improving sleep hygiene, and possibly adding a daily medication that helps lower overall anxiety.
