Xanax (alprazolam) and melatonin?: It sounds like the Xanax (alprazolam) is being prescribed and you're taking it according to the Rx. It's important to talk your doc about all of your OTC meds as well. I'm sure ur prescribing doc could best advise on whether he thought melatonin would help or harm your insomnia. Give him a ring !
