Dear. dr about 3 hours ago i took 10 xanax (alprazolam) 2mg yellow tablets all in one go. i don't feel any different to before, why is this ?

Not sure: I do recommend you go to ED for evaluation, that is a large dose and it is possible for your life to be in danger due to overdose. Also concerned why you took all these pills, are you trying to hurt yourself?
