It is not good to be mixing benzodiazepams (xanax) and narcotic like pain medications (tramadol). Would be best to use something else for pain. If are able to tolerate ibuprofen and acetominophen then take 1000 mg of acetominophen with 800 mg of ibuprofen. That combination of medication is very effective for pain.
