Recently had an mri. showed a ovoid cyst, duplication mass, or a nerve sheath tumor at t4 should i be concerned?

Mass at T4 level: You are giving only part of the information. Why was the MRI ordered. The clinical history needs to be correlated with MRI finding then perhaps a CT guided biopsy might be necessary. Without more info here very difficult to diagnose or give further reccomendations.
