? hyperthyroidism: It is unlikely that you have hyperthyroidism if you TSH is normal. Free T4 is not always diagnostic. Check a T3 (liothyronine) level, if normal hyperthyroidism is unlikely. You probably don't need medication. Check w/your doctor.
