What does sinus rinses do for swollen turbinates?

Depends on strength: if you use normal saline strength like 1/2 teaspoonful to 8oz of water it will just flush the nose. If you used hypertonic strength like 3/4 teaspoonful to 8oz water it will decongest turbinates by osmotic pressure
