Allergist or ENT: Your nasal symptoms can very well be due to the drugs you are on, lexapro, geodon (ziprasidone) or trazodone, all can cause dry mucus membranes hence dry nose, trazodone can cause nasal congestion too, when seen please mention that you're on those medicines, meanwhile, please keep using saline nasal wash liberally, for an allergist, check aaaai.org or acaai.org for an allergist in your area, good luck,
