Doubt sinus: Sinus should not make forehead swell- but can give a fullness feeling. Could be infection of the skin structures.

Be seen.: Sinus pathology can expand the bone in this area. Also people with chronic sinus infections can have inflammation of the soft tissue overlaying the bone where the infection is. In any case, find an ENT surgeon who has good sinus experience. He/she will likely order a ct scan sling with nasal endoscopy. Your primary md can also order a ct scan of your sinus and then send you to an ent.

I currently have a concussion from a head injury 5 days ago. Today I've developed a low grade fever, sinus congestion with no dripping, dizziness, & spinning sensation, in addition to my already prevalent headache. Is this normal?
