Good day i woke up with swollen eyelids nose bridge and forehead. i had sinus last night and took two allergex. would an antihistamine work better?

Probably not: Allergex is an antihistamine . It is chlorpheniramine. If it was an allergic reaction, it should have helped.. If it helped , but only slightly then maybe taking a longer acting antihistamine like (cetirizine or fexofenadine) might help. You should also consider other causes for the swelling is the antihistamines are not helping.
