Yes: There are charts widely available on net for dental age. You can also ask your Mom and Mother-in-law as to when you and your wife had early teeth. That stuff is all under genetic control. Average the ages and it should be pretty close to your child's dental age. Anyway, I am sure you will keep the child no matter what the numbers are.

Yes, but: Your son may have dental eruption is later than average, but still within normal limits. IMPORTANT that your son, and all children, see a Dentist (preferably a children's dental specialist, a Pedodontist) at eruption of their 1st tooth, but no later than 1st b'day. A Pedodontist is a dento-facial growth and development specialist. Also, have him screened by an Orthodontist no later than 7th b'day.
