VOMITING: You need to see your dr. Since your baby did not eat his food and vomited. That means he is sick and needs evaluation. Thanks.

Feeding habit: Feed himm in smaller increments but the same amount and see if he does not vomit it up. But if he continues, see pediatrician. Any indication of a temperature should be told to your baby's doctor.

Yes: If the problem persists and the fever did not go down then yes you should go to the doctor. Otherwise its a normal symptom during teething to get a light fever and may be less appatite for food from the discompfort they feel.

No: Teething does not cause fever; your child is ill and may require a doctor visit but you can certainly start by treating him at home with pedialyte and tylenol (acetaminophen). If he develops a temp greater than 102, has breathing difficulty or persistent vomiting he should be seen. Infections with low grade temps and children who do not appear ill are almost always due to viruses which clear in a few days.
