Common: Tinnitus is often seen in Bell's Palsy. Make sure you inform MD who is managing this problem so it can be correlated with your clinical picture.

Hyperacusis: It is not unique for Bell's palsy to cause a change in the ipsilateral ear, that is, a change in hearing which accentuates sounds, called hyperacusis. Occasionally, some tinnitus is associated.
