Exam needed: Impaction of the external ear canal by wax may be causing blockage as well as the other symptoms. An Otolaryngologist is best to examine you, remove the wax appropriately and visualize the ear drum to determine whether it's inflamed/infected which may require oral antibiotics and appropriate ear drops. Another possibility is blockage of the eustachian tube in the back of the ear from nasal mucus.
