Don't worry: see your doctor to make sure there's no blockage (like earwax). It can often be cleaned out fairly easily.

Eustachian tube: May be eustachian tube dysfunction. Consider nasal steroid spray and autoinsufflation (pinching nose and blowing gently to increase pressure in middle ear). See your physician with persistent symptoms.
