My mother has had chronic diarrhea for the past month. every time she eats 30 mins later she gets another bout. she hates docs. what do i do?

Plenty of water: There are some viruses that can cause diarrhea for up to 6 weeks, so it may be viral. However, it sounds like it might be a condition called "irritable bowel". If it's just a virus, it will go away. If it is irritable bowel she might need to see a doctor to be prescribed medicine that can help. In either case, make sure she's staying well hydrated, i.e. drinking plenty of water.
