No sugar,: sugar drinks and caffeine containing products as tea and coffee could make the diarrhea worse. Soluble fiber products such as oatmeal and applesauce can absorb some of the water and make a firmer stool. Try to avoid insoluble fiber products like the skin of fruits and vegetables, they make the diarrhea worse.
