Docs said i have c. diff. after a month of not feeling good. diaherra loose stools bout every day. on metronidazole. should i be worried being so long?

Possibly: Not sure how long you have been treated with Metronidazole but if this persists after a week or so you may need stool cultures. Many strains of c diff are becoming resistant to traditional antibiotics.
