A member asked:

What does it mean when there are a lot of red and blue dots in my bladder and kidneys during an ultrasound?

Vessels: The red and blue dots on ultrasound are most likely blood vessels that show up on what are called doppler studies of the vessels. Not to be concerned unless the doctor that ordered the ultrasound is concerned about the results and discusses those concerns with you. Hope this answers your question. Thanks for using Healthtap.
