I am not sure the phrase "bladder under descended" is a typo or not. Your child suffers either progressive left ureteral reflux nephropathy or left ureteropelvic junction obstruction. Either problem needs to be fixed because of worse hydronephrosis otherwise this child will lost the L. kidney function +/- upper urinary tract infection. I assume the child has been followed by a pediatric urologist.
