Hi there, i just recieved a colour doppler ultrasound for my kidneys. left kidney showed green, yellow, blue. the right showed just red. why?

Depends: Hi. The colors on doppler ultrasound generally show movement of fluid in different directions. A realtime scan is constantly changing, depending on where you are looking. A random screenshot could have any color on either side, depending on what was showing at that moment. Not likely clinically relevant.
