Memory: Observational studies suggest that eating right, exercising regularly, keeping sugars, blood pressure & cholesterol under control, etc are associated w/least memory loss or dementia. Also using your brain is key eg do crossword puzzles, play musical instrument, learn a new language, etc. Currently there are no rct demonstrating cause & effect memory improvement.
