Mucinex (guaifenesin) has: Pseudo Ephedrine in it which can cause a narrow angle glaucoma episode. If the type a glaucoma is not narrow angle then Mucinex (guaifenesin) is ok to use.

Probably: Most over the counter mucolytic drugs have very few drug interacations; always best to ask the pharmacist but usually they don't interact with anti-inflammatory medications.
