Depends . . .: White or dark chocolate? Milk chocolate? Real thing (quite bitter) or fructose-enhanced candy? Real dark chocolate w/more than 70% cacao solids is beginning to look good for many different people. Dark chocolate doesn't have much sugar in it but lots of fiber. Best way to determine impact of food eg various chocolates is to check fingerstick blood sugar after meals & look for correlation.
