Sure, but...: A buffet meal just means a person gets to pick what she wants to eat and how much she wants to eat. In some ways, that is ideal because she can just try small quantities of each item. However, some people can't stop with small quantities and end up eating too much. Thus, merely being a buffet makes no difference. It's what one chooses to eat that matters.
