I have a chronic avulsion fx of tarsal navicular and associated cyst in the bone and dr won't do anything. is there truly nothing to do for this?

If it hurts, fix it.: The only reason to do anything is if there is pain or a deformity that is affecting your life style. If your doctor won't do anything, keep looking, there are quite a few that are more than willing to assist you.

Navicular Fracture: I assume this is painful and interferes with your life. My best advice is to seek another opinion of a Podiatrist that has a good reputation. The cyst may need to be packed with bone and the fracture fragment (I assume that is what you mean by chronic avulsion fracture) may need to be removed. Second opinion!
