You may have : Pain, swelling etc or you might be perfectly okay....everyone is different. The size of the fracture may matter and he etiology might Matter. Ideally, it should not be walked on.

If a true avulsion fracture I would be extra cautious about ambulating without protection. It's important to know whether there is tendinitis or ligamentous damage
