Maybe: Depends what was the cause of these problem. I see very commonly patient that sustained an MVA or Motorcycle accident with pain in those areas that you referred. Could be a contusion or sprain of pectoralis muscles. Costochondritis could also be considered if pain in sternum/rib junction reproduced with palpation.
