Possible nerve pinch: There are many conditions which could cause your symptomatology. Numbing and stabbing sensations running all the way down into your hand are very consistent with a nerve pinch coming from your neck but could also be related to other conditions affecting other body parts. You should be evaluated by an appropriately trained provider of your choice.
