22 yr old female, 125lb 5ft. after a bowel movement, i noticed blood after wiping, and a small blood clot. this is the first time this has happened. colon cancer runs in my family , should i be worried?

Depends: Any abnormal bleeding should be evaluated by a doctor. It is unlikely to be colon cancer. More than likely it is a hemorrhoid. Colonoscopy is recommended at 10 years earlier than the youngest age at which a family member developed colon cancer. It would be prudent to see your doctor. Wish you good health!
