Not suggested: The side effect profile of phentermine matches some of the side effect profile of the steroid and therefore I would not suggest taking them concomitantly. Specifically, cardiovascular, gi and neuropsychiatric systems would be affected. Once you are switched to maintenance therapy Phentermine will be safer.
