I have ulcerative colitis. i recently started taking prednisone and now i find i can't sleep at nights. what do you suggest i try to help me sleep?

Take in am: Prednisone frequently interferes with sleep. Taking Prednisone in the morning may lessen sleep problems. But you need another medicine for uc. Prednisone is not for long term use. Talk with your gastroenterologist about your medical therapy.
