Books/Online consult: There are a lot of self-help books that can be very helpful in starting treatment. I recommend this workbook to my patients. The Cognitive Behavioral Workbook for Depression: A Step-by-Step Program. There is another one for anxiety as well. Also, you may consider an online consult with one of the doctors from Health Tap.
