Try again: Obsessing about the past may be one reason for your depression. But your depression may also contribute to not being able to let go of the past. Try another psychologist who uses a cbt approach and who will help find a psychiatrist who can prescribe the right medicine. This "team" may well help you stop suffering. Above all, don't give up!

DEPRESSION: Please don't give up - go to a different Dr. 1st have a physical exam to rule out a physical problem. Please consult with a Clinical Psychologist for psychotherapy to help you with ZOOM.com sessions. With psychotherapy you can change & find better coping mechanisms for Depression that makes it hard to cope with stress. Medication can be helpful prescribed by a Psyciatrist.
