Edematous Swelling: Edema is swelling. These conditions are only one of many conditions that can be responsible for tightness and burning in the hands and feet. For consideration are neuropathies and vasospastic disorders. You best bet is to be examined by specialist, namely a rheumatologist or neurologist.

Edema: by definition is swelling…the second half of the sentence needs to be risked as it doesn't make sense..
