Nerve entrapment: It is possible that without knowing much more, the most likely guess is cervical and lumbar disc impingement. The fact that it is only on one side of the body explains more with the symptoms. See a spine specialist for a more thorough examination that may determine the cause. Expect a full cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine MRI study.
