You have multiple : Issues going on hat may not be related at all and you really should go to he doctor to be evaluated. The pinky toe issue could be an interdigital corn or fungus, no feeling in your right leg only sounds like you may have a nerve impingement somewhere, pain to the top of the foot would need a clinical exam and possible xrays as hat is too broad a complaint.
