Glasses: Prism glasses can help correct small to moderate amounts of diplopia surgery is also corrective but may not eliminate entirely the need for glasses.

Operation can help: If this diplopia is constant, surgery by a muscle specialist may be a better choice than having to wear prism glasses all the time.
