I had binocular diplopia but it is reduced with prednisolone, but still i am unble to concentrate on the objects of far distance.

May need 2nd opinion: It never hurts to get a second opinion on your eye condition, and have it further evaluated by another strabismus specialist. Ask your doctor, who put you on Prednisolone what his/her timetable is too. You may need refractive error correction (glasses) or prismatic correction with bases to help fine tune this further. In any case, get the help you need to get this resolved soon.
