If i lean over coughing hard, often in shower, i get binocular diplopia for 5-10 min. increased pressure in head seems to cause it. could it be ms?

Highly doubt it: MS deficits are usually permanent and/or progressive. Your symptoms only occur when you cough. You are more likely to have intracranial hypertension. While there are many causes of this, the most common cause is hypertension, or undiagnosed high blood pressure. Get your BP checked & talk to a (HealthTap Prime) doctor. For a diagnosis.
