?: Did you mean "skin cancer" by "SK"? , no , not really, skin cancer would be different and in general wouldn't be itchy, if it doesn't go away by antihistamine or anti-itch (hydrocortisone) cream, see your doctor, proper exam for better evaluation would be needed then for right diagnosis
