Itchy toes/genitals: It appears that something is triggering a nerve condition in the lumbar sacral spine of the child. Nerve roots of the lumbar sacral spine innervate the genitals in addition to the feet. Child should be seen As soon as possible. preferably by pediatric neurologist.
