I have itchy bumps that came up on my left legs. it spread to my right leg and some on my arms. im not allergic to anything to my knowledge but i took benadryl and it didnt seem to help. using cortisol cream on it but still very itchy?

Does your skin look dry? What you see may not be allergy but prominent hair follicles looking like itchy bumps. Try moisturizing your skin with a good lotion at least twice daily to see if that helps otherwise seek evaluation by a professional for appropriate diagnosis and treatment. It may also have to do with clothing or detergent but comprehensive evaluation should sort that out for you.

Bed bugs could also be the problem. I recommend consulting a dermatologist for accurate diagnosis, treatment and follow-up.
