Itchy rash: Are you sure it is sand fly bites? Have you seen a doctor since a rash is best treated with visual evaluation. Add oatmeal baths, increase the oral non-sedating antihistamine to two to three times per day and use the topical anti-itch as often as necessary. Bottom line....See your doctor.
