Got stung by strange lil wasp 3x been 3days now it is rash with red bumps left torso,stomach,back, inside upper arms very prickly painful/itchy curious of hot tub made it worse. cortisone not helping antihistamine helped some.see doc soon if not bett?

You may need stronger cream than cortisone OTC. Warm pack or hot tub does not help because it may exacerbate hyperemia. You should try cold compress and take ibuprofen OTC 200 mg x 3 q 6-8 hours with foods for pain if you do not have stomach or kidney problem. Lidocaine ointment or cream 4% OTC may be helpful for itching but it may not be strong enough but you should give a try.
