Highly unlikely: you would probably already be dead by now. Botulinus toxin is probably the deadliest toxin we know. One of the ways that chutneys act as preservatives is that they are made with so much sugar that when a bacterium lands on top of one of them all of the water inside of it gets pulled out by osmosis and so it shrivels up and dies.
