Im scared. my fiance cooked a baked potato two nights ago. she let them cool off then wrapped them in foil and out them in the fridge. i took a bite of one the next day and today my stomach feels uneasy is this botulism??

Baked potato is not a potential botulism source. This situation also is extremely low risk for food poisoning of any kind.

No, botulism is not likely, indigestion remains possible if the potatoes were not properly cooked. Your panic reaction speaks for health related anxiety disorder and you should discuss it with your doc at your regular visits.
