My wife has stomach cakes and nose bleeding whats that?

What is your: question ? Stomach ache? I have not idea of what a stomach cake is other that something that is called a bezoar. I am not sure that the stomach ache and the nose bleeds are related. Might be if she is taking too much aspirin or ibuprofen or similar meds. It can happen with this as these can cause GI upset and platelet problems. See the doc for further advice.
