Anemia: Menorrhagia (http://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/menorrhagia/basics/definition/con-20021959) or heavy menstrual bleeding can lead to anemia or low blood. Stomach pain may or may not be related eg perhaps ulcer, gastritis or acid reflux. Best for her to see Family Doc, GYN or Planned Parenthood for evaluation.
