Maybe: In the pregnancy always we need to be extra careful, a nose bleed could be only transient or might be high blood pressure, alteration of platelet function or even a symptom of hepatic disease. Check the blood pressure and if you see that the bleeding persists don't wait an go to the ER.

Nose bleeds: I agree with Dr. G. However if the recurrent nose bleeds are always from the same nostril or if there is dryness of the nasal membranes, apply a tiny amount of white Vaseline to the membranes nightly. To stop a nose bleed, pinch both nostrils for 5 full minutes without letting up. If bleeding persists go to the hospital emergency room for treatment and cauterization.
